Bike taxi services to take Uber to 200 cities by 2020 end

Uber India starts its services from 52 cities to 200 cities by the end of next year. Now there expansion will be not car hailing, its a bike taxi service. Already it was started at India in July 2019 on 30 cities. This service was used by 1,50,000 people on per day so they planed to expand this to 200 cities.It is not in the big states of Maharashtra and Karnataka.They must need the permission of the government of the each cities then only they can start there services in that cities.
 Regards to the elaboration of bike services in India,Mr. Pradeep Parameswaran, president of  Uber India and Asia, said that they Uber existence with the car business, earlier they did not have the product that relevant to the outside cities.India does not move in car, India moves in two and three wheeler's and buses.While car hiring is available in most of the cities two wheeler services will also also available after getting permission from regulatory.Also he said that Uber willing to partner local players. Uber's three wheeler launched and have more than 4,00,000 rides per day.Also they plan to launch intra bus service might be next year, it doesn't decided.Also he says that Uber car business has matured and profitability.
Uber sees a large opportunities in non AC cars. Currently they undertaking a pilot project with Bajaj Auto for Qute with 100 vehicles and plans are expanded because the users and riders has been encouraging. India has big opportunities in bike 200 millions two wheelers in the country which has  largest manufacturer of such vehicle.
Parameswaran said that by using Uber's bike service all short trip can reach by 20 minutes and the drivers can make 10,000-15,000 salaries per month. Uber in investment mood they will moves towards the profiyability.
