Ola launched its services in London on 10th february 2020.Ola is highlighting safety features it developed for Indian roads.Ola aims to offer a different experience on the platform with features such as 24/7 helplines for drivers and customers and an emergency button while providing the best quality of service through its large network of drivers across the city of London.
      The COO of Ola said that the customer mainly looks or expects three things ,they are comfort and safety,clean cars and a good quality driver and also Ola hopes to fulfill all these three .
    To detect irregular vehicle activity,Ola is introducing  an AI enabled feature named "Guardian". To ensure customers and drivers are correctly matched ,'Start Code' feature has been enabled.The feature sends riders a unique four digit passcode after booking a ride.The code must then be entered correctly by the driver,before commencing the trip,so as to ensure right customer is matched to the right car and driver. 
Ola is also enabling ride credit for signing up in the first week.Also,to ensure safety and quality of service ,Ola has partnered with Drive Tech(Uk based safety management and driver training company )to create an additional training platform for drivers.To ensure drivers communicate clearly and politely with passengers ,Ola has a tie up with Pearson.
Ola claims it has over 25,000 drivers registered on the platform.The company says that over 85000 driver-partners have registered on the Ola platform across 33 cities.
